Aharon Amar : ウィキペディア英語版
Aharon Amar

Aharon Amar ((ヘブライ語:אהרון אמר)), is a former Israeli footballer who made his name at Maccabi Haifa. His career at the club put him for a long time in the history books as the most prolific goal scorer to ever wear the green and white when he scored a league record seventeen goals in the 1958–59 season (thirty years later, Zahi Armeli tied this feat).
==Footballing career==
Amar was discovered by Haifa, when word of mouth got around that a local kibbutz had a new immigrant that was an amazing footballer. After scouts saw him play, he was immediately signed and enjoyed immediate success with the greens. This led to Amar being called up to the Israel national football team, where he played in the win over Yugoslavia.
Amar broke his leg while working at the port in Haifa.
